Applied to three shells of the architectural concept of a modern house, sometimes forming a horizontal stack.

Each layer contains a number of areas: the entry of shell with study and garage, the half shell with bedrooms, bathrooms and laundry, and the end of shell with kitchen, dining and living spaces.

The three forms are suspended in the treetops with a support structure of the circular columns bicolor. Below this level platform is a glass surface with a bedroom, bathroom, utility room and living room, a floor of synthetic grass and a playground for children. The house uses passive techniques for heating and cooling thermal, with a northeast exposure, minimal overhangs and the openings to the west, and operable windows in all rooms and a corridor that serves as the gateway main hallway.
